Hey, I’m Nikola, a 25-year-old music producer from the French part of Switzerland. People know me as Foxako.

I make electronic music that blends modern sounds with my love for French Touch, micro-sampling, funk, and disco. A lot of my inspiration comes from the raw, emotional energy of the French scene around 2013 to 2016.

I love chopping up random samples and twisting them until a certain emotion comes through, something I know needs to be part of the track. It’s a bit like building with Lego pieces without knowing what the final shape will be, and that sense of discovery is what I love most about making music.

Along the way, some of these ideas have ended up as soundtracks for games, commercials, or TV intros.

For me, it’s all about making music that feels alive.
